Nicole graduated college in Michigan with a Bachelors of Marketing and Advertising with a Graphic Design minor that sent her off to California to pursue a fresh new life. After 4 years in San Diego, Nicole met her husband, graduated with a Masters in Business Administration, packed all their things and moved to North Carolina.
After many years of marketing, advertising, and graphic design work behind her belt, Nicole was determined to set up shop as a local artist in Cary, NC and Raleigh, NC. Nicole's art can be found around the Triangle including the Visual Art Exchange, Jordan Hall Arts Center, Cary Ballet Conservatory, Ruckus Restaurant, Ciao Cafe, and BB&T. She consistently enters various exhibitions across the county for you to view in person as well.
Nicole's style is eclectic abstract and unique contemporary art that constantly changes. She loves using textures, different mediums to add depth, objects such as mesh, fiber, paper, gold & silver leaf, and brilliant colors that dance the light across the canvas. What is life without trying new things?
You can be rest assured that Nicole Hanner is an online artist and local artist that you do not want to miss. Come meet your new local artist, whether you live in Cary, Raleigh, Durham, or Apex! If you are interested in art classes, please visit the art class page!
